	Certified Career Management Coach (CCMC) Awarded by Career Coach Academy Comprehensive training in career coaching, assessment instruments, career transition, career development, and job search strategy (including research, personal branding, and interview skills). Candidates must pass a written test and a rigorous live coaching session with an experienced coach to prove competency and earn this certification.
	Certified Employment Interview Professional (CEIP) Awarded by The Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches. Focused on execs, this program provided solutions-based interview techniques enabling Wendy to help clients develop presidential messages and values-based presentations to combat the grilling.
